Additional information about rental rates:

  • Linens and Cleaning Fee $550 + Tax (Minimum of 20 hours spent cleaning beach house for each rental period).

  • Tax Rate 11.5%

  • Weekly rentals during Summer Season are from Friday to Friday ONLY.

  • Optional $200 fee to have access to elevator. Our beach house is handicap accessible.

  • I do not rent to Students (age 17-25), even if 2 adults are present.

  • A Wedding/event non-refundable fee of $1,000 is due with the deposit when a wedding and/or reception is held at the house. No more than 40 persons at an event held at the house. Weather permitting all events must be held under the house on the parking level.

  • Refundable $1000 Deposit, due 2 weeks prior to renting house.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations allowed until final payment is due (45 days prior to arrival).

  • Due to Covid 19-we are waiving cancellations to 30 days, or 48 hours depending on your days. Ask me at 850 982-0440.
